When I first posted this recipe over a year ago I made it with fresh peaches because I was trying to use them up. Recently, I made two more versions of this Peach Dump Cake Cobbler, one with regular peach pie filling and another one with the new peaches and creme pie filling that I had never seen before. Both were wonderful but the one using peaches and creme pie filling was beyond marvelous! The pictures below reflect using that particular pie filling.

This cobbler- type dessert has a wonderful topping and it’s filled with gooey ingredients from the peach pie filling. The nuts and coconut add texture and taste. PEACH DUMP CAKE COBBLER(Recipe adapted from Apple Dump Cake recipe and given to me by Patti Carter, when we attended First Baptist Church of Indian Rocks, in Largo, Florida). This “dump cake” is more like a cobbler than a cake. This recipe is so easy because all you do is dump the ingredients into a pan and bake! Along with the delicious cake mix topping, it’s fabulous.
Time to stop looking and start eating! I made up two batches of this delicious cobbler the other day.
